We are thrilled to introduce a Lax Ladies program! The Lax Ladies program will run from Mid-May to July. The program will be offered to U11-U15 girls to work on skills and development for 1 hour per week. The cost will be $200. Players will need to register through the link on our website. Any girls who are already registered and would prefer to participate in this program instead of being rostered to a co-ed team can be refunded the difference. U5 - U11 (birth years 2023-2016) programs are offered as co-ed lacrosse. We have hopes to run an entire girls division should there be enough registration!

You must reside in Norfolk to play for SMLA. If you live outside of town, e-mail our registrar at smlaregistrar@gmail.com to find out if we are your closest centre. You will need a release to play for us if we aren’t your closest centre.
Schedules: We cannot release schedules until we receive floor time from the city, and the OLA creates the game schedule. You can expect floor times 2x per week Monday-Friday for all divisions except U5.
Age divisions: designated by Birth YEAR not MONTH.
Team fees: All teams fees are listed and included in the registration fee.
